Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
To start a return, please contact us at shopsoulscape@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopsoulscape@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
